1. Login to your Bridge.
2. Browse to the brand's collection/pattern for which you want to change the sort of items.
If you have items in collections, you will first need to click into the collection.
3. Confirm that you're in "Edit" mode. You can confirm this by looking in the upper right of the screen. Look at "Product view:...". Confirm that it says "Product View: Edit". If not, then roll over Product View and check "Edit".
4. When looking at your products, you'll see that they are listed vertically. To the right of the item's info is a 'plus' sign with arrows on the ends of each tip.
5. Hold down the left button on your mouse on this plus sign and drag the item up or down the page. Release your cursor when done.
6. The item has been moved. You do not need to click a 'save' button to save the new location of the item.
Remove the manual sort for one item:
1. Login to your Bridge.
2. Browse to the pattern/collection that you want to update.
3. Be sure that you're in "Edit" mode.
4. Confirm that the item is manually sorted. Look to the right of the item. It will say "Sorted" if it has a sort value.
5. Click on 'Edit' next to the item.
6. This will produce a floating white window. On the "General" info tab, look for the "Sort" value. There is a link that says "Remove sort". Please click that.
7. Close the floating window and the page will automatically refresh.
Remove the sorting for all items in a collection:
1. Login to your Bridge.
2. Browse to the pattern/collection that you want to update.
3. Be sure that you're in "Edit" mode.
4. Scroll to the bottom of a pattern's page and click "ยป Remove sorting for all items in this collection".
Tip:
On a collection/pattern page, items are ordered by manual sort value (if somebody has manually dragged item up or down the page), then if item is new (new items automatically sort to top of page), then product name (alphabetical).
