Brides that registered with the old store will have to update their records to point to your new store's website URL.
We recommend that you contact your brides to let them know that their registry websites with your business has changed.
If you do not do this, you will likely lose sales and frustrate brides.
We recommend that you do this:
1. Call each bride.
2. Tell them that they have a new registry website URL. You may even wish to email them individually their website link.
3. Ask the bride to update the link that she have added on theknot.com and/or her official wedding site to point to her new url.
