You will gain a deeper understanding about Spanish varietals including where the grapes are grown and how the wine is produced. Spain is producing amazing wines at remarkable prices. We will taste 5 Spanish wines pairing each with the appropriate Tapas including Apple, Manchego and walnut salad; Pasta with Spanish Chorizo and smoked Spanish paprika; Savory stuffed pimentos; Fried crispy potato in a rich tomato sauce; Churros drizzled with raspberry chocolate sauce.
