Facebook recently allowed people to request information from businesses. For example, one can request that a business add its website or price ranges for items (area highlighted in yellow in screen shot).
Bridge has been using this approach since 2008. Starting 7 years ago, retailers have been able to ask brands to add items to the Bridge network. Bridge and Facebook are both using a crowd-sourcing approach to request and thereby enhance information.
