The new purple bar at the bottom of the Results page allows you to toggle the page view between Office Mode and Visitor Mode.
New Feature: Easily Switch to Visitor Mode
Your Shop Local Store has a new feature: We've made it easier to switch your page view to Visitor Mode. The new purple bar at the bottom of the page allows you to toggle between Office Mode and Visitor Mode.Office Mode is designed for administering your account. You can perform functions unique to owning your account, such as adding, editing, and deleting content.
Visitor Mode shows your account as a visitor (customer) may see it. Turning on Visitor Mode hides admin features and wholesale prices.
Please follow these steps to access this feature:
- Log in to your Shop Local account.
- Search for or browse to an item on your website.
- If you're on the Details page, the 'Visitor Mode' banner will appear at the bottom of the page, below the product listing.
- If you're on the Results page, the 'Visitor Mode' banner will appear at the bottom of the page, below the product results that appear.
- In the banner, click "View Page as Customer." This will switch your view to Visitor Mode.
- To switch back to Office Mode, click the purple "You are in Visitor View" button that appears at the bottom right of the page. This will switch your view back to Office Mode.
