If you wish to delete or cancel your Shop Local account, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Shop Local account.
- Click Management in the main navigation to open your Management Home page.
- On the Management Home page, under "My Business Profile & Settings," click Services & Billing.
- At the bottom of the Services & Billing page, click Downgrade or Cancel Account.
- You'll be taken to the "Request to Change Your Shop Local Plan" page. The page shows:
- Your account's current plan.
- Existing benefits you'll lose once your account has been closed, including Google ranking, sales leads, and performance statistics.
- Next steps for your account, including downgrading to a different plan.
- If you still wish to close your account after reviewing the information on the page, please click the red Close account and lose all benefits button.
- Please review the information and follow the prompts in the modal windows to close your account.
- In the first modal window, click the red "Close account and lose all benefits" button.
- In the second modal window, click the red "No, thanks. Close account, lose all benefits, and decline [credit amount]."
- In the first modal window, click the red "Close account and lose all benefits" button.
- Once you complete all prompts in the modal windows, Shop Local will be alerted of your request to close your account.
