- Please log in to your Bridge account.
- At top of of your account, there is a search box that says "Search Bridge Community."
- In this field, please enter the name of the brand with which you'd like to sync. Please click on the submit button.
- Once you find the brand you'd like, please look for the button "Ask to sync." A floating white window will appear.
- Please fill in the information requested. Please click on the “Submit” button.
- Please close the floating white window. The page will refresh. Next to the brand’s name you’ll see text showing that your request was sent. You can track your sync request’s progress on your Ticket Tracking page. You can access your Ticket Tracking page from your Management home page.
Once the brand approves your request, you'll receive an email alert. Your Ticketing page will also update when the brand responds.
