Perk-y
I recently read about a new loyalty program and wondered what we could learn from it. The founder of Eater and Resy, Ben Leventhal, has started Blackbird, a loyalty program service designed for indie restaurants, reports The New York Times (Read the article). Using the Blackbird app, a diner receives a perk for eating at a restaurant. The retailer sets tiers for which the user qualifies for the perk. For example, a restaurant, Nat’s on Bank in New York City, gives tier 1 customers ...

« Being a cutter is a demanding job that requires having a real knack for it. In my spare time, I practice by drawing and painting in oil or acrylic. And I, who came here and joined the robotics core, would encourage anyone who wants to delve into cutting, to persevere.
As for me, I have never given up on my convictions or my desires, and I simply cannot see myself working anywhere else but at Baccarat. Even ...

When we talk about prices, there are two prices that are important:
The price that we charge clients.
The price our clients charge their customers.
We normally talk about the former, aka how our prices compare with other competitors, like Shopify or wholesale services like Faire.
Of increasing importance to us is what our retailers charge their customers. Walmart recently announced that it was taking brands to account and pressuring them to keep ...

Bridge has something that every store needs, but doesn’t really want: product data. We get stores to trust us that they need our product data for 64,000 products from 109 brands. They really don’t want the data—they want the sales from it. The data itself is worthless, but the sales from it are invaluable. Do you know who also has this issue? Funeral directors. Last week's Wall Street Journal shares that mortuaries are leveraging bonsai trees, setting up bouncy castles, ...

"Are you happy?” That’s a question you may ask yourself. Your parents and friends also likely inquire (I hope!). While it may seem flaky to say, happiness is important. This topic was the subject of Dr. Edward Diener, who passed away in April of this year. Dr. Diener, who studied happiness and earned the moniker “Dr. Happiness,” reported that happiness often correlates with social relationships, being with others, and not being alone.

Enjoy one of our best loved designs with our porcelain tray that exactly fits our guest soap. ( We call it a guest soap for its small yet it is ample enough). This sensual and brilliant soap is a pure delight, combining the intensity of blooming rose, jasmine and tart cassis with Damascus plum and white peach. A base of golden sandalwood and liquid amber completes this unique formulation.
We traveled to Vermont to a fine soap manufacturer and asked them to make our own ...

I don't just sell BIOLYTE, I drink it for my own personal reasons: energy boost daily at work, stops leg cramps at night, instant relief after too much food or drink, hydration on the beach, lifesaver when I had the flu and stomach virus, welcome reward after running my third 5K (ok, so that's stretching the truth ), and my favorite way to drink it is over crushed ice. At $2.99 a bottle, that's a lot of bang for your buck! Stop by and grab a bottle or two.

Here's a lesson in how to ruin your registry business. This retailer changed three default settings in Bridge that help brides promote the store. Since the store changed these settings, the store is losing $1,000s in sales to Walmart, Crate & Barrel, and Amazon. You can see how on the left most registries have $0 or little in sales. Instead, family and friends are shopping on competitors' sites.
To avoid this mistake, please be sure to do the following: A. You will want to be sure that select 'yes'...

The pants you’re interested in have poor fit comments so you choose something else. The reviews for the family theme park say it’s dirty...
