The email that Bridge sent Sherrie
We send an email to customers after they make a purchase on a retailer's website. The email thanks the customer for shopping local. A customer replied with this message:

I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was to receive your email today. It was nice to see a CEO reach out to a customer in appreciation. In today’s busy world, that just doesn’t happen!
Sometimes, I wish we could just slow things down a bit, and express to all customers how much they are appreciated. If we could invest in a few folks in each business that were given the job of doing just that; now that would be a job worth having!
I was very pleased to see that my nephew and his future bride had chosen “The Globe“ as one of their two registry sites.
Thank you for making it so easy to have the option to support our local businesses! Our family businesses surely wouldn’t survive without it, and neither would many others.
