A store may sometimes wish to add items that a Product Syncing Brand does not offer. For example, the item may be discontinued but the store may still have it in stock.
- If you have not already, request that Bridge add a 'brand' called "[Your Store Name] Exclusives". This brand acts as a nice catch all to add one-of-a kind and discontinued products.
- Add the new item to your Bridge as you normally would. When it asks for the brand, place the item under your store's brand.
Tip: You can submit a brand request through the Brand Manager.
