If you chose the wrong business type when signing up for your Shop Local account, you will need to request to change your business type.
Please follow the steps below to request to change your business type:
- Log in to your Shop Local account.
- Roll over Management at the top of the page. From the drop-down menu, click Profile Home.
- On the right side of the page, please find the "Descriptions & Profile" section. In this section, you'll see "Your business type."
- If this business type is not correct, click the "Request a change to your business type" link.
- A modal will appear where you can enter a message to accompany your request. For example, you may enter the business type that your account should be changed to.
- Once you enter your message, click Send Message. Your request will be sent to a Shop Local coach who will review your message and update your account.
