- Log in to your Shop Local account.
- Hover over Gift Registry in the main navigation and select Accounting & Credit from the drop-down menu.
- On the Manage Registry Credit page, search for or browse to the registry for which you wish to update the registry credit.
- Click Accounting Details to open the Accounting page for the registry.
- For each item on the registry list, use the radio buttons to update the credit.
- If your store paid out the gift to the registrant via gift card, click the radio button in the “B. Credit: Paid via Gift Card” column.
- If your store paid out the gift to the registrant via the actual product, click the radio button in the “C. Credit: Paid via Product” column.
- Repeat the steps for each item with credit due.
Tip: Registries with outstanding registry credit cannot be archived or deleted.
