1. Overview and instructions for Brands
When adding new products and corresponding images to your Shop Local website, Shop Local can help you.
- New Product uploads containing more than 50 items MUST be uploaded by Shop Local.
- If you have less than 50 items to import, please refer to our help articles on adding up to 10 items at a time

If you have more than 50 new items, please continue on to Step #2
2. Excel file preparation
If you have more than 50 products, please prepare your Excel file for import as shown in the example contained in the formatting checklist.

- Share Excel file with Shop Local: As a Product Syncing Brand you can submit your Excel spreadsheet of new products via the My File Sharing section of your Management home page.
- There is a step with a link to submit your Excel file.
- You may also email your file to Shop Local: [email protected]
- Shop Local will review your file and advise if any corrections are necessary to import your data. We normally complete this within five business days.
3. New Product Image Submissions
File Preparation.
- Please review this page to submit a large quantity of new product images in the proper file format: https://www.shoplocal.org/help-center.cfm/237/import-many-images-into-bridge-mass-image-syncing.
- You may also supply public facing URL’s on the Product Share Item Import Template if column AO.
4. Cost for Product and Image Upload
The cost to import new items and new images is $35 per 0-100 items or 0-100 images. Items are not pro-rated.
