You may receive an order for a registry but the order is not placed from the registry. In other words, it's a registry order but it's not associated with the registry. You may wish to associate and bind this order to a specific registry. Please follow these steps to do so:
- Please log in to your Bridge.
- Please view the order you wish to associate to the registry. To view the order, you will:
- Click on "Orders" at the top of your Bridge.
- On the Orders home page, please find and click on the order you'd like to associate. You will click on the order ID # or the dollar amount of the purchase. (Please do not click on the customer's name as that will take you to the customer's profile.)
- Once you find the order you wish to associate with the registry, please visit the order's Details page. The order details page shows the order's purchase contents.
- On the order Details page, please look for the area "Registry Order." It will say "No" and display a red dot. There is an edit pencil icon. Please click this edit pencil icon. A floating white modal will appear.
- In the modal, there is an area "Order attributed to registry." Please update this setting to "Yes."
- There is an area "If "Yes" above, please assign this order to a registry." From the drop down, please select the registry to which you'd like to attribute the purchase.
- Please click on the "Save" button.
- The purchase will now be considered a registry purchase and be attributed to that registry.
