Send a Reminder about a Ticket Request That You Submitted
  1. Log in to your Shop Local account.
     
  2. At the top of your site, roll over Tickets.
     
  3. From the drop-down, click on Tickets My Business Sent to Others. This will take you to the Tickets You Submitted tab on the Ticket Tracking page.
     
  4. Click Open to view any open tickets that you've submitted.
     
  5. Find the ticket that you wish to send a reminder for. Click Send Reminder.
