Our advice to keep your list growing: put a coupon or sale in every e-news you send. Reason: otherwise subscribers may unsubscribe. Also, subscribers are more likely to share your news.
If you want to consider this more: think about all the e-news you get from stores X Y Z. Why do we keep subscribing? Because we don’t want to miss a sale or coupon.

Photo credit: Studio EMP Tip of the Day: Christine Paul of Christine Paul Events suggests allotting 25% of the guest list to the bride's parents, 25% to the groom's parents and 50% to the couple themselves. Tip of the Day: "The wedding color palettes I'm seeing for spring and summer are beautiful muted pastels — think Caribbean sea or pale, pale pistachio green. Tip of the Day: When it comes to capturing the details you've worked so hard to plan, it's key to have a list of the still-life shots you want: the cake, the centerpiece, your wedding gown on the hanger, place cards, bouquets and more.
