Dear Anna Weatherley Customers,
We are sorry to report that there will be a delay in the delivery of many key items in Simply Anna and Polka due to a manufacturing error that caused the rejection of many thousands of pieces due to inferior quality. We expect the problems to persist into March, but they will be resolved so we ask you to please be patient and we will report progress as we have the delivery information.
On the positive side, we resolved out problems on the Anna Colors chargers and are now fully in stock on all colors and will remain so going forward.
