New Feature: Easily Access a Brand's Fulfillment Details

Your Shop Local Store has a new feature: you can now more easily access a brand's fulfillment details. The information helps your store more quickly and accurately process and fulfill an order. 
 
Your Order Details page and a brand's Collections page now display fulfillment details for a Syncing brand. The information listed in the 'Fulfillment Details' modal may include:

• Minimum order amount. 
• Ordering terms and conditions.
• Dropship terms and conditions.
• Shipping and return policies.
• Breakage information.
• Lost shipment information.

In the examples shown, we see a store viewing Reed & Barton's fulfillment details on an order's Details page and a brand's Collections page. 

To see this feature on the Order Details page, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Shop Local account.
2. In the main navigation, click 'Orders' to open the Orders page.
3. Find an order that you wish to view.
4. Click 'Total' or 'Order ID' to open the order's Details page.
5. On the Order Details page, scroll down to the "Wholesale Ordering & Terms" section. In this section, you'll see "Fulfillment Details." Click the "+Read More" link to open a modal with all of the brand's fulfillment details.

To see this feature on a brand's Collections page, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Shop Local account.
2. Browse to a brand's home page (Collections page).
3. On the Collections page, scroll to the bottom of the page and find the "For Merchant Admins: [brand] Settings & Wholesale Reordering Terms" section. Under "Wholesale Reordering Terms," you'll see "Fulfillment Details." Click the "+Read More" link to open a modal with all of the brand's fulfillment details.
