Library's advantages:
1. Library is integrated into your Bridge account. Files and products sit side by side.
2. Your Library documents are more easily accessible to your business friends. A business often logs in to its Bridge daily, and as such will easily see your documents. Retailers are often logged in to their Bridge. In contrast, third-party file-sharing services are often not used daily.
To share a file via your Library:
1. Login to your Bridge.
2. At the very top of your page, roll over "Add" button and from the drop down menu click on "Files to Library."

To share a file via your Library:

4. On the add file to library page, please add your file and its details:
A. Choose the brand.

B. Choose the file type.
C. Add notes.
D. Choose the businesses with which you'd like to share the file. For example, you can check the boxes "Retailers" and "Sales Reps" to share it with all of your active retailers and reps. If you wish to see with which businesses you're sharing the file, click on the business type. For example, click on "Retailers." That will take you to the Connections page showing you of your active, friended retailers. Only active, friended businesses will see your shared Library files.
If you are a brand or distributor, you may choose the geographic market that the file applies to. For example, the file may be a price list that is only meant for U.S.-based retailers.
