By adding a link to your Shopify Store leading to your Shop Local Store, you'll:
- Receive more orders.
- Get more wedding registry sign-ups. (Each wedding registry often delivers $3,200 in orders!)

B. INSTRUCTIONS
- Log in to your Shopify account.
You'll be taken to your admin page. In the left-hand navigation, click Content. Then click Menus from the drop-down menu.
In the Menus area, you'll see a list of all the menu choices on your site. We want to update the main menu navigation on your official website. Click Main Menu.
- You will then see all the links that appear in the main header navigation of your official website. These may include "Home," "Contact," etc.
Click the Add Menu Item button at the bottom of the listed links.
- A new link option will appear. You can enter the name of the link and enter a URL.
If we are adding a link to your Shop Local Gift Registry Home Page, you'll enter this:- For the Label field, enter "Gift Registry".
- In the Link field, paste in your registry website address. It will resemble this: https://yourstorename.myshoplocal.com/registry.cfm
Click on the Save button to add this link to your Main Menu list.
- You can click and drag the menu items to rearrange the order in which the links appear. If you rearrange the order, make sure to click the black Save button at the bottom right-hand side of the page to save your changes.
- You can then visit your Shopify site to view your changes.
C. EXAMPLES
The Boutique Charleston, a retailer in South Carolina, has added a "Registry" link to its Shopify main menu that leads to its Shop Local Gift Registry Home Page.
