SKUs Ownership & Prefixes
Businesses use the following SKU prefixes to better organize and share products.
Distributors preface their SKUs with the prefixes below.
For example, the brand Juliska shares items with the SKU prefix "JSK-..." so that a retailer will know that these items are Juliska supplied SKUs. This prefix helps prevent duplicate SKUS betweeen a brand and a retailer.
