Updated Feature: More Easily Promote Free Shipping
Your Bridge now helps more customers learn about your free shipping offer. If your store offers free shipping, a blue banner will display at the bottom of a product's Results and Details pages.
Before this update, customers would have to view their shopping bag in order to view your store's free shipping offer.
In the example, we see a Juliska Berry & Thread Whitewash Dinner Plate.
At the bottom of the page, we see the blue free shipping banner displayed.
We’ll also see the free shipping banner when we view pages with many product results.
You can update your settings to offer free shipping on orders over a threshold amount. This will display the blue banner on your Bridge site. To do so, please follow these steps:
Log in to your Bridge account.
At the top of your screen, roll over "Management" and select "General Settings."
On the General Business Setting page, find the Retail Purchasing Online section on the right of your screen. Scroll down until you see "Offer free shipping."
Use the drop-down to select "Yes."
Enter the threshold amount for free shipping.
Click the green "Save Your Changes" button at the bottom of the screen.

Bridge found that stores that offer free shipping are 6x more likely to receive more completed orders and less abandoned carts. This update lets customers know that your store offers free shipping before they begin to shop.
