New Feature: Admin Areas Are Easier to Identify 🔒💜
Two new features make it easier to identify merchant-only areas.
In the Gift Registry drop-down menu, Admin-only tools are now highlighted with a light purple background.
Merchant-only Brand Admin Settings are now easy to spot with a light purple background.
A subtle update: Look for the new 🔒 lock icon in the bottom-right corner to know you’re in Admin Mode.
New Feature: Admin Areas Are Easier to Identify 🔒💜
Two new features make it easier to identify merchant-only areas.
Your Shop Local Store has a new feature. We’ve made visual updates to help you quickly recognize when you’re viewing or managing the Admin side of your Shop Local Store.
What is New:
- You’ll now notice a light purple background highlighting merchant-only areas throughout the site, including Brand Admin Settings, Gift Registry admin fields, Accounting & Credit, and other management tools.
- We’ve also added a new Admin Lock button 🔒 in the bottom-right corner of your screen. This provides an additional visual reminder that you’re currently viewing the site in Admin Mode, rather than as a customer.
These subtle updates make it easier to distinguish between what you see as a merchant and what your customers see when shopping your site.
Tip: When available, use “Public Mode” to see exactly how the page appears to customers visiting your Store.
