Your Shop Local Store's Design page gives you background color choices. You can choose a solid or gradient color theme.
New Feature: Customize Your Store’s Background Color
A fresh look for your online store.
Your Shop Local Store has a new feature. We've added a customization feature that lets you change your homepage background color from a selection of colors and styles.
Whether your store's look is classic and elegant, bright and cheerful, or modern and sophisticated, you can choose a background color that complements your logo, products, and overall store aesthetic.
You will also see this new background feature on your News & Events page and a registrant's Overview page.
Background color choices:
- Light gray
- Light creme
- Light pink
- Light blue
- Light green
- White
Once you've selected your color, choose between a solid background or a subtle left-to-right gradient for added visual interest.
Why Adding a Background Color Matters:
- Make your website feel more personalized and unique.
- Complement your logo, photography, and navigation bar colors.
- Refresh the look of your store in just a few clicks—no coding required.
How to Access this Feature:
- Log in to your Shop Local.
- Hover over Management and select Design & Customization.
- Scroll down to the Custom Background Color field.
- Select your custom color and the style you prefer (solid or gradient).
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and Save Your Changes.
