Get answers faster with our new AI-powered Assistant
We have added a new feature to the Help Center. You can now ask our AI Assistant for help with questions related to your Shop Local account and new features.
Benefits:
- Get answers when it’s convenient for you, 24/7. This is especially helpful when you have a question outside of normal work hours or on holidays.
- Find information faster.
- Ask questions in natural language. You can speak to the assistant just as you would to a real person.
- Discover features and tools you may not have known about.
The AI Assistant is designed to help you quickly find answers and navigate available resources. If you need additional assistance, our support team is still here to help.
Try it out:
- Visit the Help Center: https://www.shoplocal.org/help-center.cfm
- Click the green "Get Support" button in the bottom right of the page.
- Ask the Assistant a question or select one of the prepopulated questions.
