Activate the ability to assign a collection as a premium collection via the Brand Settings.

How to grant retailers exclusive access to collections designated as premium.
FOR BRANDS & DISTRIBUTORS
Your brand can now designate a collection as a premium collection. This collection will only be available to a retailer that is granted premium collection access. The steps below walk through how it works.
1. Brand Setting
The Premium Collections setting can be found on your Brand Settings page.
Here are the steps:
- Log in to your Shop Local.
- Roll over Management at the top of the page, then click Brand Settings.
- Scroll down to the "Premium Collections" section. Set the "Allow collection to be sold to only select retailers / designated as premium?" drop-down menu to Yes.
- Click Save Your Changes.
2. Designate a Collection as a Premium Collection
To make a collection a premium collection, you’ll need to visit the Collections Manager.
Here are the steps:
- Log in to your Shop Local.
- Roll over Products, then click Collections Manager.
- Select the brand in the “Viewing” drop-down menu.
- Check the checkbox in the Premium column for all collections you wish to designate as a premium collection.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
- Once a collection is designated as premium, it will not be visible on a retailer’s site that doesn’t have premium access.
3. Grant a Retailer Premium Access
To grant a retailer premium access, you’ll need to visit your My Retailers page.
Here are the steps:
- Log in to your Shop Local.
- Roll over Network, then click My Retailers.
- Click a retailer’s name that you wish to grant access to.
- In the modal that appears, scroll down to the “Premium Patterns” section. You’ll see your brands listed.
- For each brand you wish to grant premium access to, click Grant. (You may also revoke access by following steps 1-3, then clicking “Revoke” in the modal.)
- Once you’ve granted access, you may click anywhere outside of the modal to close it.
- The retailer will have access to the premium collections for the respective brand(s).

FAQs
Once a customer is selected, will they have access to premium collections?
A: Yes. Only retailers who are granted premium access will have access to premium collections.
Will a retailer still have access to all other collections (non-premium)?
A: Yes. A retailer that is granted premium access will still have access to all other collections.
Does this call them out on the site or to customers as "premium"?
A: No. We do not identify premium collections in any way to the public or shoppers.
