What’s New:  
"Communicate with the Registrant" Page:  You’ll now find a quick-access link in the left-hand navigation on the Registrant’s Overview page—making it simple to reach out at the right moment.

Enhanced Email Templates
Choose from a variety of ready-to-use templates designed to save time and drive engagement:

• General communication
• Welcome messages
• Incentive offerings
• Redemption reminders
• Step-by-step guidance for linking wedding websites (tailored for The Knot, Zola, Minted, etc.)

Two Easy Email Options
Send emails your way with two flexible formats: 

• Native Email Program: Opens in Outlook or Apple Mail with pre-filled registrant details and links.
• Modal Template: Copy and paste into Gmail, Yahoo, or your preferred web-based email.
   

How to Access:

1. Log in to your Shop Local account.
2. Locate the registrant you want to communicate with.
3. Go to the registrant’s Overview page.
4. In the left-hand navigation, click Communicate with the Registrant.

Select the email template you’d like to use.

Option 1: Native Email Program (Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.)

• Click Native Email Program.
• Your email will open with pre-populated registrant details and links.
• Add any personal touches, then click Send.

Option 2: Web-Based Email (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)

• Click Modal.
• A pop-up will appear—click the blue Copy Template button.
• Paste the template into your email program.
• Add any personal touches, then click Send.

Pro Tip: Consistent communication = stronger registries and more sales. Use these templates to stay connected and keep registrants on track.
