Your Shop Local Store has a new feature: You can now see key statistics for your business in 2024 on the new Success Summary page.

What statistics are shared?
For retailers, the 2024 Success Summary page shares:

• Online retail sales
• Retail sales ranking among all online retailers
• Number of shopping bags created
• Number of retail orders received
• Average online retail order amount
• Number of new customers gained
• Top online spending customer
• Day with the most online sales
• Most popular brand sold
• Most popular product sold
• Number of registries with a 2024 event date
• Wedding registry with the most online sales
• Number of reviews left in 2024
• Labor costs avoided by Syncing
• Number of liked products

For brands/distributors, the 2024 Success Summary page shares:

• Network sales
• Top selling retailer
• Number of Synced retailers
• % of Network sales that were registry gifts
• Top selling product
• Number of Synced products
• Labor costs the brand is saving each Synced retailer
• Total labor costs the brand is saving Synced retailers
• Number of news posts shared

How can you access your Success Summary page?

1. Log in to your Shop Local account.
2. On your Dashboard, you'll see a "Your 2024 Success Summary is Ready" section. Click the blue View your 2024 Success Summary button.
3. This page can also be accessed by hovering over Network at the top of your site then clicking 2024 Success Summary.

How this helps your business?
The Success Summary page lets you review your business’s key accomplishments for 2024. It highlights your successes and identifies areas where there’s room for improvement. Your business can use these insights to help set sales goals for 2025 and plan strategies for continued growth.
