Your store can view all outgoing packages in the "Track My Packages: Retail Orders (Sending)" tab. In this example, a merchant is seeing all the packages they’ve shipped.
Your store can view all incoming packages in the "Track My Packages: Wholesale Orders (Receiving)" tab. In this example, a merchant is seeing all the wholesale packages they’ll be receiving from their vendors.

How to stay updated on all outgoing and incoming packages from UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS
Your Shop Local Store has a new feature: You can now track all of your packages in one place. The "Track My Packages" page is split into two tabs and gives you an at-a-glance view of all retail orders (sending) and wholesale orders (receiving).
The Retail Orders (Sending) tab shows the following order tracking information:
- Shipping Date / Order ID
- Carrier / Tracking Number
- To (Address)
- Status / Last Updated
The Wholesale Orders (Receiving) tab shows the following order tracking information:
- Shipping Date / Order ID
- Carrier / Tracking Number
- Sender / From
- To (Address)
- Status / Last Updated
To access this feature, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Shop Local Store.
- Hover over Orders at the top of the page.
- In the drop-down menu:
- If you'd like to view tracking for your retail orders (packages that you are sending to customers), click Carrier Tracking: Retail Orders.
- If you'd like to view tracking for your wholesale orders (packages that you or customers are receiving from brands), click Carrier Tracking: Wholesale Orders.
- You'll be taken to the "Track My Packages" page for your retail or wholesale orders. You may switch between pages by clicking Retail Orders (Sending) or Wholesale Orders (Receiving) at the top of the page.
Please note: Tracking is only accessible on packages that were shipped in the last 120 days that have tracking numbers.
