New Feature: Easily Keep Track of Your Registries

Your Shop Local Store has two new features to help you keep track of your registries: On the Registry Reporting page, you can now view your active registries by event type. On the Registry Lists page, you can view the current registries by registry type for a specific year.

With these two updates, your store can easily identify the number of active registries by event type.

In the examples shown, we see the Registry Reporting page for a store.

• At the bottom of the page, we see a count of the store's active registries by event type.
• The store can also sort by year to view a count of registries by event type for a specific year.

On the Registry Lists page, the store can also sort the page to view its active registries by year.

• On the selected year, the store can view the number of registries for each event type.
• In this example, the store has 235 wedding registries, 1 baby registry, and 2 wishlists in 2023.

To view your store's total number of active registries by event type, please:

1. Log in to your Shop Local account. 
2. Hover over Gift Registry in the navigation, and from the drop-down menu, click Reporting. 
3. On the Registry Reporting page, scroll to the bottom of the page to view the total number of active registries by event type.
4. If you wish to view a count of registries by event type for a specific year, click the radio buttons for the desired year to only view the registries by event type for that year.

To view your store's active registries by event type for a specific year, please:

1. Log in to your Shop Local account. 
2. Hover over Gift Registry in the navigation, and from the drop-down menu, click Gift Lists.
3. At the top of the Registry Lists page, click the year for which you wish to view your active registries.
4. Once on the desired year, click the event type that you wish to view.
