Updated Feature: Easily View and Manage Your Sales Reps

Your Shop Local Store has an updated feature: You can now easily view and manage your sales reps. 

The 'My Sales Rep' page allows you to quickly view information about the sales reps assigned for the brands sold by your store. On this page, your store can view contact information for your sales reps. Your store can also edit a sales rep assigned to a brand. 

In the example shown, we see the 'My Sales Rep' page for B.C. Clark, a tabletop and jewelry store in Oklahoma.

The information listed on the 'My Sales Rep' page includes:

• The brand's name. Clicking on a brand's name takes you to the brand's home page. 
• The sales rep's name. Clicking the rep's name opens a modal where you can manage your relationship with the rep.
• The sales rep's phone number.
• A 'Send Message' link. Clicking this link opens a modal where you can send the sales rep a message via Shop Local.
• An 'Edit' pencil icon. Clicking this icon allows you to edit the sales rep assigned to a brand.

Please follow these steps to access this feature:

1. Please log in to your Shop Local account.
2. In the main navigation, roll over Network. From the drop-down menu, click My Sales Reps.
3. On the 'My Sales Rep' page, you can view information about the sales reps assigned for the brands sold by your store.

Tip: Connecting with your sales reps helps your store contact the right rep more quickly, sell more products, and work more efficiently.

Please note: This is a new feature for retailers. Previously, only brands and distributors could access this feature.
