New Feature: Book an Appointment with a Shop Local Coach

Your Shop Local Store has a new feature: Your business can now easily book an appointment with a Shop Local Coach through your Shop Local site. 

Before this update, one had to call, text, or email a coach or message them through the online message feature to request an appointment. 

With this update, your business can use the "Book Appointment" link to request an appointment with a coach.

Clicking the link will open a modal where your business can fill out a form with the details related to your appointment. A coach will then receive an email with the responses to the form. 

Please note that this feature only allows your business to submit a request for an appointment. The appointment is not booked or confirmed. A coach will reply to the request to confirm or reschedule the appointment. 

To access this new feature, please:

1. Log in to your Shop Local Store. 
2. Roll over Management in the main navigation, then click Book Appointment under the "Shop Local Help & Training" section.
3. A modal will appear where appointment details can be entered. Select your desired date, time, and topic. If you have a specific topic that you would like to cover, you may enter the details in the "Message" box.
4. Click Request Appointment.
   
   After you submit this form, a coach will be in touch to confirm your appointment. Please note: we will do our best to accommodate your request, yet submission of this form does not guarantee an appointment.
