Updated Feature: Easily Connect with Your Sales Reps

Your Online Store has an updated feature: you can now more easily connect with your sales reps. 

On a brand's home page, you can invite your sales rep to join you on the Shop Local platform.  Your store can also edit or remove a sales rep assigned to a brand. 

Connecting with your sales reps helps your store contact the right rep more quickly, sell more products, and work more efficiently.

Please follow these steps to access this feature:

1. Please log in to your Shop Local account.
2. Browse to a brand's home page (Collections page).
3. On the Collections page, please scroll to the bottom of the page and find the area "For Merchant Admins: [brand] Settings & Wholesale Reordering Terms.". This section displays the brand's settings and wholesale information.
4. To invite the brand's sales rep, click the "Invite Your Sales Rep" link.
   A modal will appear where you can enter the sales rep's name and email. The modal also includes a message for the rep, asking them to join you on Bridge Shop Local. You may edit the message if you wish.  
5. Click the "Send Invite" button. 

If your store needs to edit or remove the brand's sales rep, please follow these steps: 

1. Please log in to your Shop Local account.
2. Browse to a brand's home page (Collections page).
3. On the Collections page, please scroll to the bottom of the page and find the area "For Merchant Admins: [brand] Settings & Wholesale Reordering Terms.". This section displays the brand's settings and wholesale information.
4. To edit the brand's sales rep, click the "Edit" link under the sales rep's contact information. 
   You will be able to change the sales rep assigned to the brand by selecting the sales rep's name from the drop-down menu.
5. To remove the brand's sales rep, click the "Remove" link under the sales rep's contact information.
