Updated Feature: More Easily Manage Email Subscriptions
Your Shop Local Store has an updated feature: You can now more easily manage who subscribes to emails, including the customer service, sales, and product & data manager emails. You can now more quickly view, add, and remove subscribers.
Previously, one would see all subscribers’ emails in one field, with emails separated by a comma. To add a subscriber, one had to type the team member's email into this field. With this update, all of the subscribers appear in a vertical list. To add a subscriber, one picks from a drop-down menu.
Please follow these steps to view this feature:
Log in to your Shop Local account.
In the main navigation, click Management to open your Management Home Page.
On the Management Home Page, under My Business Profile & Settings, click Profile Home.
On the Profile Home page, under Account Administrators & Ambassadors, find the email for which you'd like to add a subscriber.
Click +Add Subscriber. A modal will appear where you can choose a team member from the drop-down menu to add as a subscriber.
Select the team member from the drop-down menu. Click Add Subscriber.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Your Changes.
