Your Bridge has a new feature: You can now promote post-wedding discounts on unpurchased registry items to your registrants. Your store can turn this feature on or off. This discount keeps your business competitive with major registry players (e.g. Zola may offer a 20% discount).
If you choose to offer a post-wedding discount, you can offer the following percentages off:
Once the feature is turned on for your store, the post-wedding discount is promoted to registrants on their Registry Checklist.
The registrant can see this offer on their Registry Checklist and will also receive the offer via email. Our software emails the registrant their Registry Checklist a total of three times: the day they sign up, a week after they sign up, and a week after their event.
The discount is activated the day after the wedding event.
For six months from the day of the wedding, the registrant can purchase the remaining gifts on their list at the designated percentage off.
The discount can be used as many times as the registrant would like.
The discount can only be redeemed in-store, which promotes in-store traffic and helps you control redemption.
Please follow these steps to turn on this feature:
Log in to your Bridge account.
At the top of the page, hover over Management, and under My Business Profile, click Registry Settings.
On the Registry Settings page, scroll down to the Registry Incentives section on the left side of the page.
There is a drop-down menu in the Registry Incentives section that says, "Offer wedding registrants a post-wedding discount on unpurchased items." From the drop-down menu, select one of the post-wedding discount options:
