New Feature: View the Registry Searches Performed by Customers
We've added a new feature to your Bridge account: You can now easily see the registry searches performed on your Bridge Store.
The Registry Searches page shows the searches performed on your Bridge Store in the 'Find a Registry' field. The page is broken down into two columns: 'top found terms' and 'top not found terms'. You can use these results to identify what customers want to find and what they are entering, which may include typos. There is also a section at the bottom of the page that shows how many searches were performed per day.
In the example shown, we see the registry search results for a store. The page shows which terms were or were not found. The results are ordered by count to show which registrant has been searched for most. At the bottom of the page, we also see how many searches the store has had per day.
Please follow these steps to access the Registry Searches page:
Log in to your Bridge site.
In the main navigation, click Gift Registry.
On the Gift Registry Home page, there is a Registry Admin sub-navigation menu. Click Searches.
