When adding items to your Shop Local, you may sometimes get a message that says "Duplicate SKU found."
When you get this message, you may ask where you can find the original SKU.
You can look for the original SKU in two spots.
Both of these can be accessed from the Management drop-down.
- Log in to your Shop Local account.
- Click Management to open your Management Home page.
- Under My Brands & Products, click on either "Hidden Synced Products" or "My Archived Products."
- If you click on "Hidden Synced Products", find your item. Click its name to view its Details page. Then click on "Unhide this Synced Product" in the product's listing to make it live.
- If you click on Archived, find your item. Click its name to view its Details page. Then click on "Unarchive Product" in the product's listing to make it live.
