Sometimes you will not find items on your public site. You may wonder why they are not appearing and how you can find them.
Below are two paths to find and unhide items that are not appearing on your public site:
- Log in to your Shop Local account.
- At the top of your site, click Management.
- Under My Brands and Products, click Hidden Synced Products.
You will be taken to the page listing items that are not on your public Shop Local site
- You can sort by Brand, or scroll down to the item you with to unhide.
Find the item you want to unhide and open the Product Details page.
- On the Product Details page you will see "Hidden" in red. Next to this click the blue Unhide Product link.
Answer YES to the modal that populates.
You can also find hidden items directly from the Brand's home page.
- Log in to your Shop Local account.
- Locate the Syncing Brand's primary page. You type in the name in the search bar, or click on Brands and locate in your brand directory.
From the Syncing Brand's home page, scroll down to the bottom to the Merchant Admins area.
- Click on the blue number next to Hidden Products.
- Complete the steps as listed above to unhide an item.
