Sometimes you will not find items on your public site. You may wonder why there are not appearing and how you can find them.
Below is a path to find and unhide items that are not appearing on your public site:
- Log in to your Bridge account.
- At the top of your site, click Management.
- Under My Brands and Products, click Hidden Synced Products.
- You will be taken to the page listing items that are not in the public site. Click on the item that you want to display on your public site.
- On the Product Details page, scroll to the bottom of the product listing, and click Un-Hide this Synced Product.
