When you switch your registry service from another provider to Shop Local, you may want a centralized place where customers can access both older registries (through your previous registry service) and newer registries (through Shop Local).

To do this, you can create a manual list of registrants and link each registrant to their existing registry from your previous provider.

Steps:

1. Log in to your Shop Local account.
2. In the main navigation, click Gift Registry to open your registry home page.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page until you see Edit manual list of registrants. This section is where you can add links to older registries.
4. Click Edit manual list of registrants.
   
   
5. Enter the couples’ names, wedding dates, or other details. For example:
   Smith & Jones ~ May 1, 2026
   Robinson & Dewey ~ August 15, 2026
   Johnson & Lewis ~ September 23, 2026
   
   
6. Highlight a couple’s name by clicking and dragging your cursor across the text. Then click the link icon to add a link to the selected text.
7. Enter the URL for the couple’s registry from your previous registry service, then click the green checkmark.
   
   
8. Repeat Steps 6 and 7 for each registrant you wish to add.
9. Click Save.
