1. Sync Requests
You can view the retailers that report selling your brand via Shop Local. You can see these members on your My Retailers page.
I’d recommend sending Sync requests to authorized retailers on this page.
2. Retailer Directory + Invites
You may review our retailer directory to search for other authorized retailers that currently don’t report selling your brand via Shop Local.
If a retailer is not currently on Shop Local, I’d recommend sending them an invite to join you by clicking “Invite Business” on the Directory page. Our retailer coaches can then reach out to follow up on your invitation.

3. Wedding Registry Performance Page
Your Wedding Registry Performance page helps you track which products, retailers, and registrants are driving your sales.
You can access this page by rolling over Network, then clicking Registry Performance.
The goal is to have your products on as many registries as possible. Most orders placed through Shop Local come from registry purchases. Therefore, it's important to make your brand stand out to retailers and their registrants. By proactively engaging with your Synced stores, you’ll increase your visibility—and ultimately, your sales.
To engage your retailers and increase the number of products on your registries, you can:
- Make a list of 5 (or more) stores you are Syncing with.
- Call the store and ask them:
- How can we get more wedding registrants to put our items on their registry lists?
- How can you promote our brand as a wedding registry brand?
- What can we do to make our product more appealing to you and your wedding registrants?
4. Review Your Site
We created a list of 11 tips for Syncing Brands to use to increase sales, including:
- Review Top 10 Wedding Gifts. Make sure you select your top gifts and that all have the best pictures possible and dimensions.
- Share news. You can auto-post news to retailers’ Online Stores for free. (This is free advertising for you!)
- Offer a registry incentive to the retailer or registrant.
