When trying to add a new product, you may get a red message saying "SKU already exists." This means that you or someone on your team may have started to add a new product but didn't include all of the necessary details to display the product on your site.
If you get the red error message, click the "Please click here to view it" link to view and update the product.
You can also follow the steps below to view a SKU that already exists:
- Log in to your Shop Local account.
- Click Management to open your Management Home page.
- Under Brands & Products, click SKU Missing.
- On the Missing Product SKU page, you'll see all products that do not currently have a SKU associated with them and are not being displayed on your public site.
Under the product you wish to add, click +Add SKU under the product.
On the “SKU, Pricing, & More” tab, you’ll fill out the product form (confirm pre-populated SKU from the product ID, add retail price, add wholesale price, etc.).
- Once you have added all of the product's information, click Update Product.
