Allow Monogramming for a Non-Syncing Item
- Log in to your Shop Local account.
- Find the item that you'd like to allow monogramming for.
- Click on the green Edit Product button.
- In the floating white window, click on the Sku, Pricing and More button.
- Click the box Allows Monogram or Custom Letters.
- Select Monogram Letter Count in the drop-down menu.
- Click the blue Update Product button.
Allow Monogramming for a Syncing Brand Item:
A Syncing Brand will not allow you to Edit a product. We recommend adding a comment to the product on a registry's Gift List page. This will allow you to add engraving, embroidery, or decal details such as the date, monogram layout, font style, names, and placement of the monogram or verbiage.
Below are the steps to add monogramming information if a Syncing Brand has not allowed a Synced Item to be monogrammed:
- Log in to your Shop Local account.
- Find the product that you wish to allow monogramming for on a registrant's Gift Registry list.
- Click Add Comment.
- In the floating white window, type in the monogram or verbiage information.
- Click the blue Submit button.
Please note: If a Syncing Brand has allowed monogramming for its Synced items, a registrant can add monogram information. For more information about this feature, please view this help document:
