Bridge charges its customers an online performance fee on online orders. This fee is akin to a commission. Bridge charges this fee the month after the transaction occurred. This fee is not charged on some orders, including in-store copies, canceled orders, or returned orders. For the order to be exempt, the order must have an applicable status at the time of Bridge charging the fee.
