Update Account Administrators & Customer Service Emails:
- Please log in to your Bridge account.
- At the top of your Bridge, please hover over Management and click General Settings.
- On the Our General Business Settings page, please find the section titled "Account Administrators & Ambassador." You will see a field "Sales Manager." Please enter all emails separated by commas that you wish to receive emails.
- You will see a field "Product & Data Manager." Please enter all emails separated by commas that you wish to receive emails.
- You will see a field "Customer Service Manager." Please enter all emails separated by commas that you wish to receive emails.
- At the bottom of the page, please click on the green Save Your Changes button.
Update Order Emails:
- Please log in to your Bridge account.
- At the top of your Bridge, please hover over Management and click General Settings.
- On the Our General Business Settings page, please scroll down and look for the area titled "Retail Purchasing: Online." You will see two email fields in this area: Order email origination address (This is the address that emails are sent from to the customer.) and Receiver(s) of Orders.
- Please make your desired changes.
- At the bottom of the page, please click on the green Save Your Changes button.
Update Registry Email:
- Please log in to your Bridge account.
- At the top of your Bridge, please hover over Management and click Registry Settings.
- There is a field "Gift Registry Manager's Email." Please enter all emails separated by commas that you wish to receive emails.
- At the bottom of the page, please click on the green Save Your Changes button.
Update Email Subscriptions for New Items, Price Changes, and News:
- Please log in to your Bridge account.
- At the top of your Bridge, please hover over Management and click General Settings.
- On the Our General Business Settings page, click the Newsletters & Alerts tab.
- On the Newsletter & Alerts page, you can update subscriptions for:
- New Items & Price Changes & Top Sellers
- Wedding & Registry Reminders
- News & Events
- Order Status Reminders
- Quarterly Reminder
- Find the newsletter or reminder for which you'd like to add a subscriber.
- Click +Add Subscriber. A modal will appear where you can choose a team member from the drop-down menu to add as a subscriber.
- Select the team member from the drop-down. Click Add Subscriber.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Your Changes.
Update Staff Emails:
