Update Email Addresses

Update Account Administrators & Customer Service Emails: 

  1. Please log in to your Shop Local account.
  2. At the top of your account, please hover over Management and click Profile Home.
  3. On the Business Profile Home page, please find the section titled "Account Administrators & Ambassador."  You will see a field "Sales Manager."  Click +Add Subscriber. A modal will appear where you can choose a team member from the drop-down menu to add as a subscriber. Select the team member from the drop-down. Click Add Subscriber.
  4. You will see a field "Product & Data Manager." Click +Add Subscriber. A modal will appear where you can choose a team member from the drop-down menu to add as a subscriber. Select the team member from the drop-down. Click Add Subscriber.
  5. You will see a field "Customer Service Manager." Click +Add Subscriber. A modal will appear where you can choose a team member from the drop-down menu to add as a subscriber. Select the team member from the drop-down.Click Add Subscriber​​​​​​​.
  6. At the bottom of the page, please click on the green Save Your Changes button.

 

Update Order Emails:

  1. Please log in to your Shop Local account.
  2. At the top of your account, please hover over Management and click Online Store.
  3. On the Online Catalog & Store page, please scroll down and look for the area titled "Retail Purchasing Online." You will see two email fields in this area: Order email origination address (This is the address that emails are sent from to the customer.) and Receiver(s) of Orders.
  4. Please make your desired changes.
  5. At the bottom of the page, please click on the green Save Your Changes button.

 

Update Registry Email:

  1. Please log in to your Shop Local account.
  2. At the top of your account, please hover over Management and click Gift Registry.
  3. In the "Registry Services" area, there is a field "Gift Registry Manager's Email." Please enter all emails separated by commas that you wish to receive emails.
  4. At the bottom of the page, please click on the green Save Your Changes button.

 

Update Email Subscriptions for New Items, Price Changes, and News:

  1. Please log in to your Shop Local account.
  2. At the top of your account, please hover over Management and click Profile Home.
  3. On the Business Profile Home page, click the Newsletters & Alerts tab.
  4. On the Newsletter & Alerts page, you can update subscriptions for:
    • New Items & Price Changes & Top Sellers
    • Wedding & Registry Reminders
    • News From Business Friends
    • Shop Local Corporate Communication
  5. Find the newsletter or reminder for which you'd like to add a subscriber. 
  6. Click +Add Subscriber. A modal will appear where you can choose a team member from the drop-down menu to add as a subscriber. 
  7. Select the team member from the drop-down. Click Add Subscriber.
  8. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Your Changes.
