- Log in to your Shop Local account.
- At the top of the page, hover over Tickets. From the drop-down menu, click on Tickets Sent to My Business.
- On your Ticket Tracking page, you will be in the "Tickets Others Sent to You" tab. On this tab, showing tickets sent to you, find the Sync request that you wish to respond to.
- Click the ticket's topic or number to open the respective ticket modal.
- If you wish to approve it:
In this ticket's modal, click "Approve Sync Request." This will sync your items with the business. After you click this link, the page will refresh, and our system will automatically update this ticket to “Complete” status.
- If you wish to decline it:
To decline a sync request, first send the requesting member a message using the "Add Reply" link. Please send the member a message as to why you're not approving it. After you send this message, click "Decline Sync Request."
- If you wish to approve it:
- After you click this link, the page will refresh, and all of the brand's items will appear in your account. The ticket will automatically be marked "Complete" and disappear from the page. (It will now appear on the Completed Tickets page.)
If you wish to see the brand's items, browse to your brands page. Click the brand's name for which you just approved the sync request. You should see all of its items.
Note: it may take a few minutes for the system to populate the items in your account.
