- Log in to your Bridge account.
- At the very top of your site, roll over the green +Add button and from the drop down click on Ticket.
- On the Ticket Tracking home page, click the green Add Ticket button. A modal will appear.
- In the modal, select the recipient of the ticket, the ticket topic, and enter any details that the business may need to know about the ticket.
- Click Submit.
- Your message will be sent to the business. The business can then respond, and you'll receive an email alerting you when it does.
