A customer may wish to unsubscribe from emails such as review requests or anniversary reminders.
To unsubscribe the customer, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Bridge.
- At the top of your site, hover over Management, and under My Customers, click on All Customers.
- On the Customers page, find the customer that wishes to unsubscribe. If you wish, you can search by name or email address at the top of the page.
- Once you find the customer, click their name to show their customer profile.
- On the customer's profile page, uncheck the "Email anniversary reminders & promotions" checkbox.
- Save your changes by clicking on the Update button at the bottom of the page.
